I have checked whether or not you are in the group and it does say you are a member. I will try to invite you. In the meantime, you might have to ask Help & FAQ. I bet they would have an answer as to why you can't submit anything.
You should be able to. You might have to check again to make sure you joined. I will also check to see if you have joined and if you haven't, I will send you an invite. For now, Just hang tight while we try to figure out the problem. (P.s. Why are we being so formal?)
